1. Contact Details. In this part we will need to know the name of the Startup, contact person, position of the contact person and the company members who will attend the event.
2. Startup Data. Your city/country, web page, small description about your Startup, vertical in which you develop your business, your social networks profiles and your recommended code.
3. Road to Success! In this section you can choose the activities you want to participate in. You can find all the information about the conditions of participation in the registration form.
4. Investor Deck – 4 parts. (See special conditions for data processing in this section of the registration form.)
a. Business data (investor Deck* 1/4), at this point we want to know your financial data, in which stage you are, business model, Scope, vision, key activity, and a brief description of your competition.
b. Company at a Glance (investor Deck* 2/4), your financial information, if you have received investment, who has provided you with the investment, income, expenses, estimates for next years, and so on…

* Please note that is mandatory fill complete both points if you want to participate in the Matchmaking Activity selection process.

After paying the amount of 100 € + vat, you will receive a confirmation email of payment plus:
– The confirmation of your presence in Fair 1 or Fair 2.
– The links to get your accreditations (We want to remind you that only two members of your Startup can attend the cocktails)
– For the activities who need a selection process (matchmaking, pitch competition and jury of AA Reserve Pitch, we will inform you when the first round will be closed, as long as you have completed the registration, with all the information and sent your video pitch and payment.
The Startup Olé Team keep in touch with you to inform you of your participation in the activities.
The 3rd round for apply will be closed at February 21st.
· 3-day access to the event (all startups).
· Stand at the startup fair or space for your roll-up (only selected startups. We will not provide the roll-up).
· Promotional material: logo at stand. Company profile in the official event app logo on website (all startups).
· Access to special workshops (all startups).
· Social media mentions (all startups).
· Access to 3 Networking Cocktails with Key Players (2 people per startups) (all startups).
· Pitching Competition (only the 100 selected startups and whenever the Video Pitch was sent in English).
· Curated Matchmaking (only the selected startups and provided you have completed us completely the Investors’ Deck part at the registration form).
· Mentoring (all startups).
· Accelerator Assembly Reverse Pitch Jury (only selected startups).
*You will have access to these activities as long as you have made the payment of € 100 + VAT per participating startup.
Once you are selected for the event, we will send you the link for the payment.
After you have paid, we will trim all the details of your participation.
· A video of you pitching your startup that we need to be able to decide whether you meet the quality standards for participate at the pitching competition.
· We do not need a professionally-edited video, we just need to see you pitching your project, recording it with a mobile device will be enough.
· The video pitch must be in mpg., mp4., mov., or avi. format, and cannot exceed 3 minutes duration.
· The video pitch should be kept in your Google Drive and we need to receive an open link at the form question related to this point. Use the name of your startup followed by “_VideoPitch”, to name the file.
· Those startups that do not comply with the delivery deadlines of the presentation will not be able to participate in this activity, even if they have been selected.
· Only the 100 best startups will be able to participate in this activity. Once the 100 startups have been are selected, the application process will be closed, and no more applications will be considered.
· It is the 4th part that the registration form, you need to fill in with details of your company. You will find above more info about how fill this part of the form.
· If you want to be part of the matchmaking activity, we need to have it in order to send it to investors and corporates interested in the matchmaking and they will decide with whom they want to meet (please remember that you can also make your own contacts and close meetings through our event app).
· The Matchmaking activity will be confirmed through notification via email to those startups that have been chosen by the big corporations and investors on Monday, March 18th, 2019. We will inform you which will be the Corporations and investors interested in it, as well as the date, exact location and meeting tables.
· Those startups that do not comply with the delivery deadlines of the presentation will not be able to participate in this activity, even if they have been selected.
· Setting up will be done from 10:00 to 20:00 on Tuesday 26th of March.
After 18:00 we will have some special workshops for startups, feel free to check agenda.
· Dismantling will be done from 14:00 to 16:00 on Thursday 28th of March.
· The initial agenda of the event will be ready in a few days.

· Fair Mode 1 includes exhibition booth of 1’5 m2 + table 70cm + logo in the poster identifying your stand + WIFI + point of light with 3 plugs] + rollup space (the organization do not will provide the rollup).
Only the first 500 startups that apply will be eligible to have a stand in Fair Mode 1 – provided they have a final product to display.
Once the stands are finished -or if you do not have a final product to show- the startups will automatically be included in Fair Mode 2 (space for rollup).
